They made all pre-planning components of our event a breeze, even with the drastic time difference (I am located on the East Coast of the US). I felt supported throughout all of pre-planning, they were there to answer every question in a timely manner, which was so helpful! Most of all, they treated all of our attendees as if they were their own. They showed the utmost care for our attendees no matter the situation (i.e. attendees with last minute travel issues, an attendee choking, attendees who arrived late, etc.).
